Kirsten Wilder

Kirsten F. Wilder is an Investigator working in the Impact Litigation Unit. With over eight years of experience in the criminal legal field, Kirsten continues to dedicate herself to positively impacting the criminal legal system and plans to evaluate the role of women in mass incarceration.

Before joining SCHR, Kirsten served as the Policy Manager for the Georgia House of Representatives Minority Caucus during the 2023 legislative session, a Research Associate for Stacey Abrams’ One Georgia Leadership Committee, a Deputy Clerk for the DeKalb County Juvenile Court, a legal assistant for a private criminal defense law firm, and an intern turned Clerk for the Department of Corrections’ Office of Professional Standards.

Kirsten received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice at Georgia State University in 2020, with a special concentration in legal studies. Kirsten also completed the University of Georgia’s Paralegal Studies certification.
