Zain Haq

Zain Haq is a workers’ compensation defense attorney for Swift Currie. He provides representation for employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters and handles various stages of litigation, including depositions, mediations, settlement, and trial strategy development.

Zain attended Georgia State University College of Law, where he graduated, cum laude. During law school, Zain worked with the Georgia Justice Project to provide representation for individuals impacted by the criminal justice system and reduce barriers to reentry. He also worked with the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he assisted the lobbyist in promoting fairness and justice in our legal system through legislative reform. He hopes to continue working for equality, dignity, and justice for people impacted by the criminal legal system through his work with the Southern Center for Human Rights.
